Restoring Dignity Through Clean Sanitation and Healthcare

Unitedhands Global Foundation recently carried out a meaningful outreach at Saint Arnile Orphanage in Bonaberi, Douala, focused on improving sanitation and supporting the health of vulnerable children.

During this initiative, our team worked to maintain and restore essential toilet facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and fully functional. Proper sanitation is critical in preventing disease and promoting a healthy living environment—especially for children who depend on shared facilities every day.

In addition to sanitation improvements, we provided basic healthcare support to the children, helping address immediate health needs and reinforcing the importance of hygiene and well-being.
